Services:
Once I have assessed your needs during a consultation, I will make a recommendation in the following areas for you;
Prescription:
This will detail which remedies you require and how and when to take your remedy.
Fees:
Initial consultation (approximately 1 – 1.5 hours)
Adult – £65 / Senior Citizen -£60 / Child (up to the age of 12 years) – £60
Follow up Appointments (approximately 30 minutes)
Adult – £50 / Senior Citizen – £50 / Child (up to the age of 12 years) – £50
Acute / Quick Phone Advice (15 minutes)
Adult / Senior Citizen / Child – £15
Cancellation Fee
Patients will be asked to notify cancellation of appointments no later than 24 hours before pre-booked appointment, and to accept responsibility for all payment if this request is not adhered to.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash. To comply with current regulations bank/card details will be destroyed in line with current GDPR regulations.
If you have any ongoing questions or require support, please do not hesitate to contact me. E-mail and text are preferable. I will respond to you within 1 working day (please note that I do not work on a Monday). If I am away there will be a messaging service set up with relevant options.
Any fees payable are non-refundable and payment is required within 24 hours of the appointment.
If you have a Complaint:
Please put your complaint in writing to me and I will respond within 7 working days.
